The 208 is a pet-free community. However, service animals and emotional support animals are welcome in compliance with applicable laws. All residents are required to complete a PetScreening profile before move-in.
Guest Policy
Guests are welcome, but we aim to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and guests may not stay more than three consecutive nights.
LEASE TERMS
We make leasing simple and student-friendly to support your academic schedule and lifestyle. Whether you’re staying for a full year or just for the school season, we offer flexible lease options to suit your needs.
Length: 12 months. 10-month and 5-month options are available for a premium.
Security Deposit: $250
Guarantor: Not required if the resident qualifies on their own.
Insurance: Property liability insurance is required.
Utilities: Utilities are bundled at a flat rate of $50 a month including internet.

Residents are welcome to personalize their bedrooms as long as no permanent damage is made to walls or furniture.

Yes. Roommates can be added if space is available and the new resident completes the application and leasing process.
